my delicious loose ends

“For where two come together in my name, I am there with them.” —Matthew 18:20
We believe in divine intimacy regardless of what outward appearances suggest.
In a perfect world, we could live fully in our values in every situation; however, anyone who’s ever worked for money knows that full authenticity is elusive. Naïveté would have us believe that righteousness is attainable, but real life is full of compromises and incremental progress. And so we keep going, doing the best we can in each moment. With grace and humility we present our best selves and we trust that there will come a day when we can share our truest nature with someone who cares to understand who we are and what is sacred to us.
“And I tell you more: whenever two of you on Earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.” —Matthew 18:19

Welcome to the #estagram series, a blog-based grid collection that conveys what I’m learning in my daily mindfulness practice.
Creating mantras I can repeat to myself helps me stay grounded in challenging moments, and it reminds me how worthy I already am. Macro photography is an art that reminds me to make moments for stillness and tranquility. Weaving together these mantras and macro moments into a special blog feed is an essential element of my mindfulness practice that deserves to be preserved.
