Slow Life

Just a quick note to say that I’m safe from the wildfires in Southern California.

I can’t think of a better way to illustrate how important it is to live a slow life. While fire is a natural element, it’s not natural for fires to be this catastrophic.

No matter where you live, please remember that truth the next time you hop into your car for an errand you could easily walk to complete instead. Mindless habits for the sake of our convenience cause climate change.

Listen for what the Earth has to say in random quiet moments. Make some intentional quiet time, too.
