Waters of the U.S. is an incredibly beautiful film that tells the story of the rivers, streams, and wetlands of Alabama, and the Clean Water Act. It shows the economic benefits, ecological health, and cultural way of life that are benefits from preserving, conserving, and the sustainable use of our rivers.
