While Zen Buddhism doesn’t have traditional commandments, the phrase “Drink your tea” could be considered as such. When done mindfully, it’s a self-directed Zen command that brings you back to your true home. If “there is only the tea” and we dismiss all thoughts, we will be home. 🫖
