Day Twenty-three

Throughout the day I felt a sense of satisfaction that comes from having slept soundly all night long. It’s soothing and glorious—a product of doing two low-impact workouts in a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Better sleep is probably the most immediate kind of gratification we can experience from exercising.
